Education for Teachers

ASPK and ASPJ are staffed with a diverse group of certified teachers from the US and Canada. As a normal part of our school, we provide multiple opportunities for professional development for our team members. 

New teachers are placed with one of our veteran teachers as a mentor to help the new teacher gain the valuable experience needed in the STEM education field.

Because we know that not all of our teachers come from an educational background before coming to teach, our school also provides student teaching clinics for those who are seeking certification. This allows the school to continue to grow in experience and expertise to become a more rounded and skillful group of professionals.

We also hold Teacher Development Days multiple times per year to allow teachers to present their findings and growth to other teachers on staff. Every member of staff is encouraged to continually grow and improve themselves.
